2nd Grade Field Trip to a Local Farm!

Our second graders recently enjoyed a hands-on field trip to a local farm. They enjoyed a tractor ride and picking apples with classmates! After returning to the school, they learned how to make apple butter. The best part was enjoying their homemade apple butter spread on a freshly baked loaf of sourdough prepared by their teacher, Mrs. Shemenski. What a great, and FUN, learning experience!
