Celebrating Fire Prevention Week with the Manchester Fire Department!

This week, our Elementary students celebrated Fire Prevention Week with a special visit from the Manchester Fire Department.

Students participated in a variety of interactive discussions and hands-on demonstrations that highlighted the importance of fire safety and helped them make meaningful connections to their own lives.

Our younger students were thrilled to meet Sparky the Firedog and spray the fire hose at a demonstration house, while older elementary students met with the Fire Department team in a life-size inflatable house filled with simulated smoke to learn important fire safety tips. This allowed students to practice what to do in case of a real emergency.

A BIG thank you to the Manchester Fire Department for their time, enthusiasm, and commitment to keeping our community safe. It was a memorable and meaningful experience for all!
