Spiritual Emphasis Week

Spiritual Emphasis Week is something we look forward to each year! It's an opportunity for our middle school students to spend the week focusing on deepening their relationship with God through special worship times, guest speakers, and guided discussions.

We are grateful to our keynote guest speaker, Mr. Matt Huffman of Purposeful Connections, as he shared a timely message focused on "rest". In a world bombarded with technology and an ever-increasing demand for our attention, real-life, practical techniques for "choosing rest" were shared, while students were also reminded that Jesus says, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest." -Mathew 11:28
