A Day of Service to Our School
This past weekend, our Cornerstone Christian School National Honor Society students demonstrated what it truly means to serve with excellence, humility, and leadership.
On Friday afternoon, NHS members stayed after school to prepare two bathrooms and a third bathroom’s metal stall by sanding and taping—laying the groundwork for a successful project. Then on Saturday morning, students were joined by dedicated parent volunteers to paint all three spaces, transforming them through their hard work and commitment.
This project is a powerful reminder that service is more than a requirement—it’s a calling. Our students stepped up to meet a need within our school community, showing leadership through action and a willingness to serve others with care and diligence.
A special thank you to our NHS members for their initiative and teamwork, to our parent volunteers Mr. and Mrs. Chen for giving their time and support, and to Mr. Brey for his guidance and help throughout the project.
We are proud of the way our students are living out the values of scholarship, leadership, service, and character—making a lasting impact right here at CCS!
