The 6th Grade Visits the NE Air Museum!
After wrapping up their classroom learning on forces and flight, our 6th graders took their learning to the next level with hands-on exploration. First, they headed outdoors to test paper airplanes, comparing how far each one could fly under different wind conditions and launch directions. Then came the highlight: a fantastic field trip to the New England Air Museum! Students discovered Connecticut’s rich aviation history, built and tested their own gliders, and explored the museum’s many interactive exhibits. It was an inspiring and unforgettable day of learning!
