On Tuesday November 8th when we all head to the polls, our elementary students will be casting their votes as well. Mrs. Whitney, Cornerstone's librarian, has created 6 ballots which each feature two book choices. Students may vote on as many ballots as they desire, provided they are informed about the choices. This means that students can only vote on a ballot if they have read both books that are listed. Parents are encouraged to read these books with their children to help them be prepared to vote. After all, no matter which books "win" -- we all win when we read!
What about you? Have you read these books? Which books would you vote for? Comment and let us know!
